GIOIELLERIA MATTEO CARTECHINI has designed a simple and convenient returns process to make your online shopping experience a pleasurable one, even if your purchase does not fully meet your expectations. 

Any product purchased from GIOIELLERIA MATTEO CARTECHINI can be returned within 10 business days of delivery.

Here’s how:

  • Ensure that the products are in the same condition in which they were received, with all tags attached. 
  • Complete the online return form in order to be issued with your returns number.
  • Pack the item and arrange a time for the courier who delivered your item to pick it up. 

The costs for shipping and delivery will be refunded (standard service level). 

You will receive a confirmation email that your return has been accepted within 3 business days of it being delivered to the warehouse. You are reminded that we are only able to provide a refund for items that have been returned correctly. 

If the returned item does not meet the condition listed, MATTEO CARTECHINI will not be able to process the refund and the package will be returned to you.

Your return will be accepted within 3 business days of the package’s delivery at our warehouse. After being accepted, we will request your refund and you will be sent a confirmation email. 

Credit card: Our bank will process the refund within 10 business days of the confirmation email. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your bank account depends on the card issuer. You can monitor the refund via your online account or by contacting the credit card issuer. 

PayPal: the refund will appear within 72 hours of the confirmation email. 

Cash on delivery: the refund will be processed via bank transfer to a bank or postal current account: enter your account details (holder and IBAN number) on the online returns form. Our bank will normally process the refund within 8 business days of our request, and the refunded amount will then appear on your statement within a few days.
